Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a professional referral to attend?expand_more
A professional referral is not strictly necessary for an initial evaluation, although if you have one, it will help us coordinate with your treating professional. Our specialists will perform their own functional diagnosis.
Is the treatment painful?expand_more
Our approach aims to relieve pain, not cause it. Some manual therapy or mobilization techniques may cause temporary discomfort, but we always work within your tolerance and comfort threshold.
Do you accept health insurance?expand_more
We work with the reimbursement modality. At the end of your session or treatment package, we will provide you with the tax invoice and completed medical form so you can process the reimbursement with your insurer.
How many sessions will I need?expand_more
The number of sessions varies according to the severity of the injury and each patient's individual response. During your first visit, we will design a personalized plan and give you an estimate of the treatment duration.
